Email BowieFor the past 20 years, Chef Jake has been crafting innovative and delicious dishes in the Outaouais region. Born in Hull, Quebec, Chef Jake constantly travelled to neighbouring cities to enjoy the diverse cuisines and restaurant options available around the area, which helped him develop an interest and passion for cooking. Chef Jake started his first kitchen experience as a pizza prep cook at the age of 14 at a local pizza shop here in Aylmer. He holds two certifications from Algonquin College, one in the culinary program and the other in kitchen management. We are happy to introduce him as our new Executive Chef.
