Lewis has over twenty years experience in fine dining hospitality starting his career in Toronto with the Oliver Bonacini Corporation. He has managed some of Canada's most exclusive restaurants including Centro and Sassafraz. He spent the last three years as director of food and beverage for the Hotel Arctic in Iqaluit and is very excited to bring his experience to The Gatineau Golf and Country Club.
Email LewisDino has over a decade of experience as certified PGTAA teaching pro. He grew up in the Ottawa region and was heavily involved in competitive soccer, squash and football. He spent the last five years at Mt. Cascades and is very excited to join the team at Gatineau Golf & Country Club. He looks forward to helping you reach your golfing goals and demonstrating his outstanding customer service.

In his 10th year in the Golf industry, Bowie is joining us after having worked in the Ottawa/Gatineau region at Greensmere, Mississippi and Loch March golf courses. He is an avid Golfer, having played through his university career at Waterloo and championships including the Canadian and Quebec Junior Championships. Approachable, genuine, and enthusiastic, Bowie’s talents and hard work will be on display throughout the course!
Email BowieChef Joel Davey is from Wales in the UK with an Italian background. He learned the art of cuisine from his grandfather who was a renowned chef at the Royal Salisbury. Through his extensive travels, he is able to infuse diverse cultural flavours into his own unique creations. Chef Joel has been with us at Gatineau Golf & Country Club for the last four years as our sous-chef and are excited to welcome his as our new Executive Chef.
